Correlation Learning Style with Grade Point Average Fourth Year Medical Student

BACKGROUND: Learning achievement is an important indicator to determine the learning and teaching process, each student has a different style. Student learns how they choose suitable method results obtained optimally. A must also learn their styles methods or ways of that are appropriate character. AIM: Knowing relationship between style cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) 4th-year students at Faculty Medicine, Universitas Baiturrahmah. METHODS: The scope this research covers fields medical science, especially education, correlative analytical with cross-sectional design. study was conducted Medical Baiturrahma. from May January 2019. affordable population in were numbered 80 Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis univariately presented form frequency distribution table bivariate using correlation test SPSS program. RESULTS: At most female gender, namely (71.3%), highest place boarding, (77.5%), have quad-model styles, (80%), GPA graduated (61.3%), there value p = 0.024 (p < 0.05) r 0.0253.
